Built to keep getting better

Starting in WA. Growing with you.

We’re focused on making Western Australian lease research and management work well today. Better AI, richer records and ideas from operators will help shape what comes next—including other Australian states, each with its own rules.

Start with the ground

Create a free account and watch your first lease. Grow with one membership: choose your lease allowance, then add AI agents and extra credits when you need them.

Create your free account
What does the free account include?

Start with one watched or managed lease and 50 included AI credits each month. Explore the maps, build your watchlist and try the AI Assistant. Sign in to view current membership options.

Where does the information come from?

Tenmark uses stored public title and notice records, mapped boundaries and available mineral, geology and exploration datasets. The research directory points to government services, Trove and technical resources. Coverage and dates vary by source.

How do AI credits and agents work?

Memberships include AI credits. Add agent capacity with monthly credits, or top up when you need more. Give each agent a task, a district and a daily or weekly schedule; its reports stay available for you to review. You control its spending limits. During the managed pilot, plan requests are reviewed by your administrator and do not take payment.

Does Tenmark confirm ground is available?

Tenmark helps identify research leads. A recorded drop, expiry date or historic discovery does not establish current availability or a viable mineral resource. Confirm title status, access, deadlines and application requirements with the official WA register and department.
